- The Code has been edited and reformatted to sit becoming a deemed regulation once it is approved by the Minister
- The Code was approved for the legal review by Treasury
- The process for public consultation on the Code was approved, along with the terms of reference for the review Group, and the template form for submissions
- NZUAG farewelled two foundation members: Des Hughes representing Auckland Councils, and Stephen Parker from the Gas Association.
