KiwiRail Specifications for Utilities Access to the Rail Corridors
KiwiRail will release by 28 February 2011 their draft specifications for utilities access to the rail corridors for comment by utility operators and corridor managers through the NZUAG.
NZUAG will establish a small working group to review this text and provide advice to KiwiRail before the specifications are finalised.
The specifications will be published on the KiwiRail website before the Code is submitted to the Minister for his approval.
